Our Philosophy

We believe that a 'No Compromises' ethos is the only way to produce quality wine. We believe we have selected the very best vineyard, winemaker, viticultural consultant and use time proven viticultural and winemaking practices whilst being open to new innovative techniques to bring you the very finest wines from this outstanding wine region. 'No Compromises' means exactly that and some examples of this are:

1. We nurture our vines using copious amounts of organic matter.
2. We 'hand pick' our fruit to maximize wine quality.
3. We use very gentle fruit handling techniques in our estate winery.
4. We employ extended skin contact at the end of fermentation
5. We use a Basket Press for our reds wines.
6. We exclusively use fine grain Oak from central France to age our wines in.
