Chardonnay 2006

Nose: Strong colours dominate with mainly greens and hints of gold.

Palate: A finely structured palate which is textured and displays honeydew melon and a hint of grapefruit.

Finish: Wonderfully clean and complex.

Food: This fine wine enhances the flavours of light meats such as seasoned poultry, rabbit and lamb.

Cellaring: With good cellaring the wine should continue to develop over the next 5 to 7 years.
