Finished a bottle of the 2004 Riesling last night and wouldn't let my wife have any. I'm no expert on wine for any stretch of the imagination but I have drunk a fair bit of grape juice in my time & that is a fantastic drop. It just reinstates my view that Riesling is a very under-rated variety and is all but dead & buried. I am now looking forward to the late harvest - Ross
Thanks for a great introduction to your wines. We were all most impressed with the way you all greeted us and made us feel welcome, talked to us and showed us around. There are a lot of wineries who could do with visiting you to see how customers should be treated.

Had great steak on the Barby, with mushrooms, asparagus and salad with my special balsamic, honey Dijon vinaigrette all washed down with the fully breathed Merlot. Superb!!!! Used large Bordeaux glasses so half a bottle was poured in each and savoured slowly. Congratulations on a great wine. It was bottle 447. Still can't get used to the fact that a wine so young can have such character - Carolyn & Peter

I think your red is fantastic! Very easy to drink - not sure if that's good or bad?!? Kind of reminds me of European wines - bit on the lighter side, without being saturated with tannins like most Aussie reds tend to be. Smooth is the one word that I think best describes it - Bobby
