Nose: Showing strong aromas of blackberries and black currants balanced by fresh vanillin flavours derived from maturation in French Oak Barriques.
Palate: The ripe dark berries and is complexed by fine grained powdery tannins.
Finish: The finish is long and well balanced.
Food: The wine complements Steak, Ossa Buco & Polenta, Veal and Tomato based dishes.
Cellaring: This wine will cellar well to about 5 to 7 years however it is providing enormous enjoyment in its youth.
