Nose: Showing strong aromas/perfume of raspberries and fresh vanillin flavours come from maturation in nice French Oak Barriques.

Palate: The raspberry and vanilla characters are again complexed by the silky fine grained tannins.

Finish: The finish is long and well balanced.

Food: The wine complements a nice steak or some home made Ossa Buco with Polenta.

Cellaring: This wine will cellar up to 8 years but is providing enormous enjoyment in its youth.
