Spice, pepper, blackberries and the perfume of violets fill the senses. |

This is a medium bodied wine displaying all the wonderful characters of cool climate Shiraz which is superbly balanced with the new French oak handling. |

The finish is very long with concentrated ripe blackberry flavours continuing to please for the longest time. |

Enjoy this wine with spicy dishes, and meats such as lamb, beef and cheese. |
| Cellaring: |
With good cellaring the wines optimum drinking will occur between 5 to 7 years but is drinking wonderfully right now. |
