Sparkling Riesling 2006
| Nose: |
For this zesty Sparking we selected the best parcel of Riesling we could source from the Great Southern Region. The fruit displayed the quality characteristics of this variety; lime, citrus, orange blossom and floral overtones.

| Palate: |
After the completion of the malolactic fermentation, the base wine was tiraged and the secondary fermentation was initiated. Three years on lees has contributed to the subtle yeast characters of brioche and biscuit.

Crisp, lively and refreshing

Oyters, shellfish or just on its own

| Cellaring: |
Designed for early drinking however it will certainly develop nicely in the bottle for another 5 years or so.
