Shopping FAQ

Freight charges for less than 12 bottles of wine

Sometimes you just want to buy a smaller quantity of wine, rather than having to purchase a case of 12 bottles; even when mixing a case is an option.

We are OK with this, however the cost of freighting small quantities prohibits us from doing so.

If you are relaxed about paying for the freight for your smaller order, we are happy to pick, pack, and dispatch your wines for you.

We thank you for your understanding.

Freight charges for orders of 12 bottles

As above, we find that freight for "non-case lots" is an issue and prevents us from delivering the service we want to.

To overcome this we require wine to be purchased in multiples of 12 bottles.

Therefore you will need to either reduce or increase the numbers of bottles in your order to equal even dozens. i.e. 12, 24 36 etc...
